Macclesfield | £30,387 Basic + £17,200 OTE | 45 hours per week

We're currently recruiting for an Aftersales Executive to join a well-established premium automotive dealership in Macclesfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join a busy aftersales team, build strong customer relationships and develop their career within a premium automotive environment.

As an Aftersales Executive, you'll be a key point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle ownership and aftersales journey.

You'll be responsible for ensuring customers receive a professional, friendly and seamless experience, while working closely with the wider dealership and workshop teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer enquiries and service bookings
• Maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Keeping customers updated throughout the service and repair process
• Liaising with the workshop and wider dealership team
• Managing customer expectations and resolving queries effectively
• Identifying opportunities to maximise customer satisfaction and aftersales revenue
• Ensuring customer information and records are maintained accurately
• Supporting the wider team in delivering excellent customer service

We're looking for someone with previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service environment, with automotive experience highly desirable.

• Customer Experience Advisor

Most importantly, you'll be confident dealing with customers, have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment.
