Service Technician – CNC Machines

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician, providing installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines at customer sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair CNC machines at customer sites.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out repairs.
• Install and fit replacement parts to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic interfacing.
• Conduct electrical and mechanical testing to ensure machines are fully operational.
• Train customers on machine operation and routine maintenance.
• Complete service reports and PDI documentation accurately.
• Liaise with customers and provide excellent technical support.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with company and customer Health & Safety procedures.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience servicing or maintaining CNC machinery or similar industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage customer site visits.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred/required if applicable).
