Site Administrator – Lower Thames Crossing

Location: Lower Thames Crossing
Salary: £27,000–£28,000 per annum
Contract: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

We are currently looking for an organised and proactive Site Administrator to join a busy construction project based around the Lower Thames Crossing.

This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the construction and infrastructure sector.

The Role

As Site Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the site team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the project.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing general administrative support to the site team
• Managing paperwork, records and site documentation
• Updating spreadsheets and maintaining accurate databases
• Assisting with timesheets, reports and other site records
• Coordinating communications between site staff, contractors and management
• Organising meetings and maintaining filing systems
• Supporting the wider project team with day-to-day administration

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Able to work in a busy site environment and manage multiple priorities
• A strong communicator with a professional and approachable manner
• Reliable, proactive and keen to develop their career
• Previous construction or site administration experience is desirable but not essential
