Site Administrator – Civils & Groundworks
Location: Penrith, Cumbria

We are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator to join a busy civils and groundworks project based in Penrith.

This is a great opportunity for an organised and reliable administrator to support the site team with the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring all site administration and documentation is kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing general administrative support to the site management team.

• Maintaining and updating site records and project documentation.

• Managing timesheets, delivery tickets and site paperwork.

• Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of health & safety documentation.

• Filing and maintaining RAMS, permits and other site records.

• Managing emails, telephone calls and general site enquiries.

• Liaising with site staff, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Ensuring all documentation is organised and kept up to date.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Site Administrator or Construction Administrator role.

• Experience working on civils, infrastructure or groundworks projects would be advantageous.

• Good IT and organisational skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Confident communicating with site teams and subcontractors
