Site Manager – Edgware (Gym Refurbishment)

4Site are looking for a holiday cover Site Manager to help with the delivery of a Gym refurbishment project in Edgware. This is a fast-paced project involving some structural works but mainly a standard fit-out. You will take an initial handover, then run the job as No.1 Site Manager for c.3 weeks, managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone willing to get involved on site where required.

Requirements:

• Proven Site Manager experience on refurb / fit-out projects
• Comfortable managing fast-paced programs
• Hands-on approach (ex-trade preferred, not essential)
• SMSTS and First Aid

Details:

• Location: Burnt Oak, Edgware
• Start: Wednesday 30th September
• Duration: 3 weeks
• Hours: 7am–7pm (paid 11 hours), Mon–Fri + weekends available
• Rate: DOE
