Site Manager in Scarborough

Freelance Site Manager required to start December 2026, overseeing the construction of a new retail store in Scarborough. 40 week contract overseeing everything from initial groundworks through to fit out and completion. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for coordinating trades, supervising site teams, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring smooth project delivery within specified timeframes
• Strong leadership skills, practical knowledge of finishing works, and a keen eye for detail to effectively manage on-site activities and uphold the company's reputation for excellence

Experience required:

• CSCS, SMSTS and 1st aid at work
• Proven experience as a manager overseeing similar packages of work
• An understanding of flooring materials and working methods
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate and motivate site teams.

Remuneration:

• £300.00 per day (could be negotiable)
