Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out

Rate: £275–£300 per day

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 8-week retail fit-out project at Manchester Arndale Centre, with an immediate start available.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager with a strong background in fast-paced retail fit-out projects, capable of delivering works safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the site.
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to programme.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety.
• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensuring site compliance.
• Liaising with the client, project team, and suppliers.
• Monitoring quality and progress throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS certificate.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Valid First Aid at Work certificate.
• Proven experience managing retail fit-out projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to start ASAP.

• Location: Manchester Arndale Centre
• Duration: 8 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate: £275–£300 per day (depending on experience)
