Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will identify opportunities for operational improvements, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and take a proactive approach to resolving process and quality challenges. What will you be doing as Site Manager?
- Manage the site maintenance operation and ensure support agreement commitments are achieved
- Lead and develop the on-site Logistex team in line with company values
- Maintain and enhance the Health & Safety culture across the site
- Work closely with the customer Operations Manager to drive system and operational improvements
- Ensure maintenance activities are planned, recorded and managed through the CMMS
- Manage site performance, budgets, training, quality assurance and compliance records
- Coordinate additional support from regional teams when required
- Provide regular feedback to senior management and maintain excellent customer relationships
What are we looking for?
- Degree, HND, HNC or equivalent in an engineering discipline
- Leadership, management or supervisory experience
- Experience of automation systems and warehouse operations
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Experience planning and scheduling maintenance activities
- Competent Microsoft 365 user and familiarity with CMMS systems
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and deliver improvements
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements and compliance standards
