Site Manager

A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Internals Fit Out Manager with a strong background in dry lining and experience working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to join a flagship £140 million education project in South Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major new-build scheme, managing the internal fit-out package from installation through to completion, ensuring quality, programme and health & safety standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the dry lining and internal fit-out packages on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors to deliver works safely, on time and to the required quality standards.
• Monitor progress against programme and resolve site issues proactively.
• Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, design team and client representatives.
• Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Internals or Fit Out Manager on large construction projects.
• Strong dry lining experience is essential.
• Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or major main contractor preferred.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
