Site Manager - Birmingham Children's Hospital
Start: ASAP | Duration: Minimum 4 Weeks

Think Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a project at Birmingham Children's Hospital.

This role is heavily focused on day-to-day site supervision, ensuring trades are working safely, efficiently and to programme. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to be hands-on, maintain high standards and keep a close eye on all site activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and supervising subcontractors on site

  • Monitoring works and ensuring productivity remains high

  • Maintaining exceptional health & safety standards

  • Carrying out daily site inspections and ensuring compliance

  • Coordinating trades and resolving any on-site issues

  • Reporting progress to the project team

Requirements:

  • SMSTS

  • CSCS Card

  • First Aid at Work (FAW)

  • Strong health & safety knowledge

  • Previous experience managing busy live construction sites

  • Available to start ASAP
