Site Manager

Location: Rochester, Kent
Contract: Temporary – 12 weeks
Rate: £300 per day CIS
Clearance: EL1 Clearance required

Trevett Services are working with an established mechanical and building services contractor to recruit a Site Manager for a 12-week project within a prison environment in the Rochester area.

The role will involve overseeing a boiler replacement project working in a non-working capacity and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of works on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing a boiler replacement project
  • Manage and coordinate mechanical subcontractors.
  • Provide day-to-day site supervision and ensure works remain on programme.
  • Manage RAMS, permits and site health & safety.
  • Monitor quality and progress of works.
  • Liaise with the project team and prison/site stakeholders.
  • Ensure all works are delivered safely and to the required standard.

Requirements

  • EL1 Clearance – essential.
  • SMSTS – essential.
  • First Aid – essential.
  • Previous Site Manager experience.
  • Previous prison or secure-site experience desirable.
