Site Manager – Planned Maintenance & External Works

Location: London
Salary: Up to £55,000 + package

We’re working with an established contractor specialising in social housing, planned maintenance and external refurbishment across London.

They’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team and oversee a range of external planned-maintenance works across street properties.

The role will involve managing programmes from initial surveys through to completion, with works including external decorations, minor external works, roof maintenance and repairs.

You’ll be responsible for managing subcontractors and site teams, monitoring progress and quality, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, and working closely with clients and residents to ensure programmes are delivered smoothly.

Projects can range from 400 to 2,000 properties, so experience managing larger planned-maintenance programmes within social housing or refurbishment would be highly beneficial.
