Site Operative

We are seeking a dedicated Site Operative to join our Clients team, supporting the Site Manager in carrying out specialist structural and masonry repairs across a variety of properties and structures throughout the UK. This role is ideal for someone with a practical background in construction, who is comfortable using power tools and eager to learn specialist repair techniques.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
- Assist the Site Manager in the safe and efficient completion of structural and masonry repair projects.
- Perform specialist repair and maintenance work on various properties and structures, adhering to company procedures and safety standards.
- Operate power tools and other equipment competently, including drills and grinders.
- Install specialist structural repair systems
- Comply with all health and safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a construction site or practical construction environment.
- Confident in using hand and power tools.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to undertake training in specialist structural repair systems.
- UK Driving licence
- Desirable: CSCS Card, experience in masonry or structural repair, and familiarity with construction machinery.
