Our client is looking for an Air Tightness Tester to join their growing Building Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Air Tightness Tester looking to progress their career within a specialist consultancy delivering UKAS accredited testing and compliance services across the construction industry.

As an Air Tightness Tester, you'll work on a diverse range of residential and commercial developments while developing your technical expertise within a supportive and ambitious team.

About you
* Around 2 years' experience carrying out Air Tightness Testing.
* ATTMA Level 1 or Level 2 qualification is desirable.
* Strong understanding of Building Regulations relating to air tightness testing.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the confidence to work independently.
* A proactive, customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and contractors.
* Full UK driving licence with no more than three penalty points.
What to expect
* Carry out Air Tightness (Part L) testing on residential and commercial developments.
* Produce accurate reports and certification within agreed timescales.
* Provide practical advice to clients where remedial works may be required.
* Survey buildings to ensure compliance with current Building Regulations.
* Manage your own workload while travelling to sites across the UK.
* Represent the business professionally while delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise.
