TSA Surveying are currently supporting a Local Authority in Ipswich and require a team of qualified Stock Condition Surveyors
 
Role Overview:
  • Conduct Stock Condition Surveys across residential properties in and around Ipswich
  • Portfolio of 1200+ properties
  • Paid per survey – Bedsits,Flats, Houses and Blocks
  • Outside IR35
  • Must be bale to commit to 4/5 DAYS A WEEK and a minimum of 35 surveys a week.
Contract Details:
  • Duration: 2 Month Contract 
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Appointments: Pre-arranged by the client and door knocking 
  • Equipment Provided: ID badges, Tablet, Calling Cards, Letters of Authority
