Civil Supervisor / Experienced Ganger - Water Sector
£230-£240 per day (CIS) | Long-Term Contract

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering a range of projects within the water sector.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Civil Supervisor to oversee site operations and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What we're looking for:

• Civil engineering background with experience on infrastructure or utility projects
• Valid CSCS Card
• SSSTS qualification
• Strong understanding of health & safety and site operations
• Ability to lead and coordinate site teams

Applications are also welcomed from experienced Gangers or Skilled Operatives who are ready to step into a supervisory role.

The Role:

• Supervising day-to-day site activities
• Coordinating labour, plant, and subcontractors
• Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
• Maintaining quality standards and site documentation
• Working closely with site management and the client
