Supply Chain Coordinator

Role: Supply Chain Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract (12 Months)

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Location: Chesterfield

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join their Parts Supply and Support Team on a fixed-term contract basis.

In this key position you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless process from sourcing parts through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Action parts check requests ensuring correct parts are identified
• Obtain accurate pricing and quotes, ensuring cost-efficient solutions.
• Place orders with suitable suppliers based on cost and lead time to support business needs.
• Highlight any issues or delays internal stakeholders to maintain a smooth journey of parts to the end client.
• Handle and store highly confidential and commercially sensitive information with integrity.

The Ideal Candidate:

Our client is looking for an individual with strong IT literacy skills, who takes pride in their work, and leads by example. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in a similar operations or supply chain administrative role
• Confidence in dealing with customers over the telephone and via email, always delivering exceptional customer service
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills along with a polite, respectful, and professional demeanour.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
