The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers and support staff to help students achieve their full academic and personal potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting students across a range of subjects and year groups.
• Delivering targeted support to individuals and small groups.
• Assisting students with SEND and additional learning needs.
• Supporting classroom teachers with lesson preparation and resources.
• Promoting student engagement, confidence and independence.
• Helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Encouraging excellent behaviour and student wellbeing.
