Our client is at the forefront of the Sizewell C nuclear power station development - one of the UK’s largest and most exciting infrastructure programmes.
They’re responsible for preparing the foundations of the entire site: designing and constructing cut‑off walls, retaining structures, soil improvements and more. The Role
The Team Organiser sits within the HR team and provides essential administrative and coordination support to the wider project, helping to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of both office and site activities. Acting as a central point of organisation, the role supports logistics, maintains accurate project records, and enables the wider team to operate effectively. There will also be opportunities to support the HR team on an ad-hoc basis as required.
What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating visitors to site and office locations, ensuring a professional and seamless experience

Managing meeting rooms, site access requirements, and general team logistics

Arranging and overseeing accommodation and hotel bookings in line with project needs and budgets

Building relationships with local property providers and supporting accommodation planning

Supporting overseas employees with relocation and initial settlement in the UK

Maintaining and updating organograms to reflect the current project structure

Producing reports and supporting data tracking and administrative processes

Preparing and distributing documentation to support team activities

Managing and issuing PPE for site teams where required

Providing general administrative support across a fast-paced project environment, including occasional support to the HR team
What We’re Looking For

Fluent French language skills (essential)

Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a project or construction environment

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Confident communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships

Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure

Experience supporting a diverse or international workforce (desirable)
