Our client, a supplier of products for various medical practices are seeking a confident Inbound Customer Service Advisor to support their team. This temporary position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers and assist them with their queries in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and thrive in a customer-oriented role, this could be the perfect fit for you!

You must feel comfortable and confident being on the phone!

Key Responsibilities:

As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a range of day-to-day queries, including:

• Responding to enquiries about the status of parcels
• Assisting customers with placing orders
• Addressing concerns regarding out-of-stock products online
• Managing adhoc tasks and responding to emails efficiently
