Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable Trainee Machine Operator to join their busy production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and is keen to learn new skills.
With full training provided and a clear progression pathway, you'll have the opportunity to progress to Machine Operator within 3–6 months, with a corresponding salary increase.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Learning how to set up machinery and carry out basic adjustments
- Checking products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Following production, quality and health & safety procedures
- Working efficiently to achieve daily production targets
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area
- Learning new machinery, processes and production techniques
- Supporting the wider production team as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
- A practical and hands-on approach to work
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working within a busy production environment
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to develop and progress
