- Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester
- Salary: Up to £55,000 Basic + Bonus
- Up to £55,000 basic salary plus uncapped monthly bonus, with a guaranteed average bonus during annual leave

- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repair requirements accurately
- Prepare and maintain detailed electronic and manual repair estimates
- Liaise with insurers to obtain repair authorisation and facilitate smooth workflow
- Explain repair procedures and costs to customers, technicians, and engineers
- Identify suitable repair methods, considering manufacturer guidelines and insurance requirements
- Coordinate with the bodyshop team to ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
- Keep up to date with industry best practices, manufacturer repair methods, and insurer policies
- Work on a variety of vehicle makes and models, demonstrating technical knowledge and adaptability
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, ATA, or IMI qualifications (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, Estimator, or within a busy bodyshop environment
- Proficient in Audatex or equivalent estimating software
- Good understanding of vehicle repair processes and insurance claims procedures
- Full UK driving licence
- Applications welcomed from VDA Trainees or Improvers with relevant experience and the drive to develop their career
