Position: Vehicle Damage Assessor

Duties of the Vehicle Damage Assessor:
  • Conduct inspections of damaged vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assess the extent of damage and estimate repair costs and durations
  • Liaise effectively with insurance companies and customers to streamline repair processes
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest technical and quality standards
  • Document assessments thoroughly and professionally
  • Keep up-to-date with industry standards and repair techniques
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments and repairs
Requirements of the Vehicle Damage Assessor:
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar role within a bodyshop environment
  • IMI VDA certification is essential
  • Audatex qualification desirable
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
