Main Dealer - Bromley Area

Early in your career and want to become a fully rounded, highly skilled Technician? This could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

This main dealer is looking for a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician to join its workshop team, with a genuine focus on developing technicians through further training and qualifications.

You'll initially be working across servicing, PDI, vehicle preparation and basic repairs, but the opportunity is there to build your skills and progress into diagnostics and major repairs on the latest vehicles as your experience develops.

It's a great fit for a Technician who has the foundations in place and wants a dealership that can help take their technical ability to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle servicing
• PDI work
• Vehicle preparation
• Basic repairs
• Developing your technical skills through further training
• Working towards being able to carry out more advanced diagnostics and major repairs

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair – essential
• Experience working as a Vehicle Technician
• Good foundation in servicing, PDI, preparation and basic repairs
• A genuine interest in developing your technical skills
• MOT licence would be advantageous

Salary and Benefits

• £35,000–£37,000 basic salary
• Individual bonus scheme. Extra earnings for every hour achieved above 100% efficiency
• £1,000 sign-on bonus after 6 months, another £1,000 after 12 months
• Car buying scheme
• Further training and development. Opportunity to gain additional qualifications
• Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, 1-in-3 Saturdays, 8:00am–1:00pm
