Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Administrator in a distribution center for telephone masts for a leading logistics company.

Staffline is recruiting for an Warehouse Administrator to work in Draycott-in-the-Clay

The rate of pay is £13.48 per hour.

You will work fixed shifts Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:

- 8am to 4pm

Your Time at Work
- Processing FSL requests in timely manner, communicating and agreeing any urgent requests with management
- Dealing with FSL goods in process and processing systematically planned trunks
- Creating booking slots for deployable new stock inbound.
- Creating pre-advices for the warehouse to book stock onto the system
- Raising outbound orders for the warehouse to pick
- Shipping orders that have been collected or delivered.
- Raising transport jobs and collection notes
- Costing transport jobs
- Requesting orders to be put back into stock after 30 days in FSL
- Report discrepancies back to relevant customer
- Completing relevant trackers/ reports
- Uploading and distributing logs to supplier/customer
- Liaising with customers (both internal and external)
- Leading weekly call with internal/external customers - Highlighting any issues/discrepancies for the week.
- Maintaining records, both manually and electronically (using DLx, TT, Tableau & excel reports)
- Working in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Running reports from system and distributing to the relevant customers.
- Reviewing external reports and highlighting any discrepancies
- Booking Returns onto the system.
- Making and receiving telephone calls
- E-Mail communications and filing
- General administration duties as required
- SIF management.

- Experience in using WMS and transport system - although training will be provided.
- An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- A professional and courteous telephone manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Adopt and demonstrate the GXO Anchor Principles and Behaviours
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- The ability to prioritise your workload accordingly, to meet strict deadlines and address urgent issues
- The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with your key contacts
- The ability to work on your own initiative as well as being able to form an integral part of a busy team
- Experience working within a similar role/environment (advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided)
