Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a Wellness Host to join a welcoming and people-focused environment where your passion for wellbeing helps create a positive daily experience.

Job Overview

As a Wellness Host, you will play a key role in supporting colleagues to make the most of the wellness facilities and digital tools available to them. You will create a welcoming and inclusive environment where individuals feel confident, supported and comfortable engaging with wellbeing services.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, organised and safe environment across all wellness areas, while assisting with bookings, memberships and enquiries through digital systems. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to positively influence daily wellbeing experiences while developing your own knowledge in health, fitness and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, professional and positive welcome to all colleagues using the wellness facilities
  • Act as a key point of contact, offering guidance and support within the space
  • Support users in navigating and using digital wellness tools and systems
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation across all areas including studios and changing facilities
  • Monitor wellness spaces, lockers and equipment to ensure readiness and availability
  • Manage bookings, memberships and system updates via CRM platforms
  • Promote wellness services and initiatives through face-to-face interaction and internal communication channels
  • Follow health and safety procedures and log maintenance or service requests as required

Person Specification

  • Genuine interest in health, wellbeing and fitness
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Friendly and approachable manner with a customer-focused mindset
  • Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
  • Awareness of health and safety practices in shared environments
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
