Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Aircraft / Aerospace Fitters to join our high-performing production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, specs and job routings.
• Perform precision fabrication and assembly of aerospace products.
• Operate hand tools and machinery for cutting, deburring, drilling, riveting, and forming.
• Ability to operate and test spot weld machine.
• Assemble components using mechanical techniques and ensure high-quality standards.
• Work with materials such as stainless steel, aluminium and nickel alloys.
• Final product conductivity and minimum/maximum torque testing
• Maintain traceability and adhere to quality control procedures.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.

Experience & Skills Required

• Proven experience in hand fabrication and mechanical assembly.
• Background in aerospace sheet metal or fitting.
• High attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.
