THE ROLE
As a Commercial Bodyshop Workshop Controller, you'll be responsible for coordinating workshop activity, managing repair schedules and ensuring commercial vehicles are repaired safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:
·Plan and coordinate daily workshop activity to maximise productivity.
·Allocate repairs effectively across technicians based on workload and skill set.
·Monitor repair progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are achieved.
·Liaise with estimators, parts departments and management to minimise repair delays.
·Support technicians with technical guidance and resolve operational issues where required.
·Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer specifications and health and safety regulations.
·Maintain accurate workshop records and update job progress accordingly.
·Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a proactive leader with strong commercial Bodyshop experience who can motivate a team while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

You will ideally have:
·Previous experience as a Commercial Bodyshop Workshop Controller, Workshop Controller, Bodyshop Controller or Commercial Vehicle Workshop Supervisor.
·Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle body repairs and workshop processes.
·Excellent leadership and team management skills.
·The ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
·Strong organisational and communication skills.
·A commitment to quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
·A full UK driving licence.
