We are recruiting for a Car Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a reputable dealership located in Cricklewood, North London. The Car Sales Executive role offers a strong career pathway within a well-established organisation, ideal for motivated individuals seeking to enhance their automotive sales experience in a professional environment.

Benefits for the successful Car Sales Executive:
  • Competitive basic salary of £24,000 per annum, with an average OTE of approximately £60,000
  • Monday to Friday working hours from 8.30am to 6.00pm
  • Saturday shifts from 9am to 5pm, with a day off during the week
  • One in three Sundays working from 11am to 4pm

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:
  • Engage with customers to identify their automotive needs and build rapport
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features to prospective buyers effectively
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicle stock and industry trends
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Keep up to date with current automotive products and market developments
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or within a similar role in the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and surpass sales targets
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence
