I'm recruiting for one of the UK's leading specialist healthcare providers, delivering cancer treatment directly in patients' homes across Walsall and the surrounding area.

You'll manage your own caseload, spend meaningful time with your patients and deliver specialist oncology and haematology treatments in the comfort of their own homes.

The Role

As a Community Chemotherapy Nurse, you'll manage your own caseload across Walsall and surrounding areas.

You'll be responsible for:
  • Delivering SACT and chemotherapy treatments in patients' homes
  • Completing clinical assessments before treatment
  • Cannulation, venepuncture and vascular access management
  • Monitoring patients and managing adverse reactions
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Supporting and educating patients and their families
  • Working closely with hospitals, consultants and MDTs
About You
  • Active NMC registration as an Adult Nurse / RGN
  • Completed and signed-off SACT Passport
  • Current experience delivering chemotherapy / SACT
  • Competent in the administration of cytotoxic drugs
  • Strong cannulation and venous access skills
  • Confident working autonomously
  • Full UK driving licence
