Head of EPM FCCS & Financial Data Structure in Peterborough

We are looking for an experienced Finance Systems / EPM leader to take a key role within a major finance transformation programme.
This is a senior position combining Oracle Cloud EPM FCCS, financial consolidation, reporting and financial data structures, with responsibility for ensuring the solution supports complex statutory, management and group reporting requirements.
Key experience required:
- Strong Oracle Cloud EPM / FCCS experience
- Financial consolidation, statutory and management reporting
- Chart of Accounts (CoA) design and financial data structures
- Financial data governance, integrity, controls and reconciliations
- Leadership of major finance systems implementations/transformation
- Experience working with System Integrators and senior stakeholders
- Strong finance background within a large, complex organisation
- Fully qualified accountant – ACCA/CIMA/CCAB
You will provide strategic leadership across FCCS and financial data, working closely with Finance, programme teams and implementation partners to shape the solution, oversee design and configuration decisions and ensure successful delivery.
