The Role

• Inspect, service and repair HGV trailers
• Carry out preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
• Work on braking, suspension, air systems and trailer components
• Carry out electrical fault-finding and repairs
• Complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
• Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and maintenance standards

About You

• Previous HGV trailer experience is essential
• Strong experience servicing and repairing commercial vehicle trailers
• Confident diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
• Good knowledge of trailer braking, suspension and air systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, professional and safety-conscious
• Relevant qualifications are advantageous
