Junior Employment Solicitor (NQ-3 PQE)

Eton (with occasional travel)
Full-time, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Junior Employment Solicitor to join a supportive and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified solicitor or someone in the early stages of their legal career to gain hands-on experience across a varied employment law caseload.
You will benefit from close support and supervision from senior lawyers while developing your own caseload, making this an ideal role for someone looking to build confidence and progress within employment law.

• Assisting with and gradually managing your own employment caseload
• Supporting senior solicitors on more complex and high-value matters
• Acting for claimants in both litigated and non-litigated employment cases
• Drafting and advising on Settlement Agreements
• Providing legal advice via an advice line with supervision as needed
• Ensuring compliance with procedural requirements and funding guidelines
• Developing an understanding of file management, billing, and financial performance
• Delivering high standards of client care and maintaining regular communication
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Undertaking any additional duties as required

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ-3 years' PQE) with a valid practising certificate
• Some exposure to employment law (training seat or early experience welcomed)
• Strong academic background
• Keen to develop skills in employment litigation and advisory work
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Proactive, with a positive attitude and good problem-solving ability
• IT literate, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
