MEP Project Manager – Data Centre Construction

Location: Greater London
Salary: £90,000 – £100,000 + Package
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to join a Main Contractor delivering a major Data Centre project in Greater London. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health packages from design coordination through commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all MEP aspects of the project.

  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and client teams.

  • Monitor programme, quality, safety and commercial performance.

  • Review technical submissions and design information.

  • Lead MEP coordination and progress meetings.

  • Oversee testing, commissioning and project handover.

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an MEP Project Management role.

  • Experience working for a Main Contractor on large-scale construction projects.

  • Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems.

  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and project delivery programmes.

  • Experience delivering projects through commissioning and handover.

  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
