Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant

Salary: £14.25 - £15.50 per hour

The school is looking to appoint a full-time Early Years Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis. The successful Early Years Teaching Assistant will support children within the Early Years setting, working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities, support learning and development, and help create a positive classroom environment.

The successful Early Years Teaching Assistant will have:

• Relevant Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification
• Previous classroom experience within an Early Years or primary setting
• Knowledge of child development and early learning practices
• Ability to support children’s learning through play-based activities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, caring and proactive attitude
