We are recruiting for the position of Parts Advisor at a reputable car dealership in Crawley. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a well-established dealership, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient department operations.

  • Competitive basic salary of £32,500 per annum plus performance-based bonuses, with an OTE of approximately £38,500
  • Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis

Duties of a Parts Advisor: 
  • Assisting the Parts Manager with daily departmental responsibilities
  • Providing excellent customer service to retail and workshop clients
  • Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Reconciling and processing stock orders and returns efficiently
  • Completing vehicle health checks for the workshop
  • Ensuring all parts are correctly located, stocked, and logged
  • Logging stock discrepancies and liaising with the Parts Manager to resolve issues
  • Maintaining accurate administration records and updating the parts database
  • Supporting the smooth operation of the parts department to meet customer expectations
Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Practical knowledge of computer systems and stock control processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and within team settings
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
