We are seeking a Motorcycle Parts Advisor to join a reputable main dealer motorcycle operation in Stratford-upon-Avon. Duties:
  • Supply motorcycle parts and accessories to customers and workshop staff
  • Process parts orders efficiently while managing customer enquiries
  • Liaise regularly with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure stock availability
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the dealership’s reputation
  • Support the workshop by fulfilling parts requirements in a timely manner
Requirements for the Parts Advisor position:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, preferably within the motorcycle or automotive industry
  • Genuine passion and strong knowledge of motorcycles and related parts
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Competent IT and stock management system skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
This position offers an attractive basic salary of up to £27,000, with an OTE of approximately £30,000, dependent on experience and performance. The working hours are full time, offering stability and a clear career pathway within a thriving dealership.
