Location: Haywards Heath - Full-time onsite no hybrid
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £30k - £32k
We are working with a well-established and growing organisation seeking an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of multiple projects across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, coordination, and stakeholder management skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and keeping projects on track from initiation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are achieved within agreed deadlines.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, trackers and action logs, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes and following up on agreed actions.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, highlighting risks, delays and key developments.
- Build effective working relationships across multiple departments to support collaboration and ensure project objectives are met.
- Track outstanding tasks, approvals and information, proactively following up to maintain project momentum.
- Assist with project reporting, handovers, testing activities and completion processes to support successful project delivery.
About You
- Previous experience within a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Programme Support or similar coordination role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing documentation and reporting.
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to a wider team.
