Our client, a well-established family-run car dealership group based in Orpington, Kent, is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator. The Sales Administrator role provides a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £3,000. The position operates from Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a supportive work environment and potential for progression within the company.

Duties of the Sales Administrator:
  • Manage and maintain sales documentation and records
  • Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Assist in processing vehicle sales and related finance paperwork
  • Liaise with colleagues and customers to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Update and maintain CRM systems accurately
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancement
Requirements for the Sales Administrator:
  • Proven experience in sales support or administration within the motor trade or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics; further business administration qualifications are desirable
  • Willingness to work on a rota basis for occasional weekend shifts
  • Strong team player with a professional and positive attitude
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude
