*We're Hiring | Sales & Operations Support*

At *Cultivate Recruitment Group (CRG), we're growing and are looking for a **Sales & Operations Support* professional to join our team.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in supporting the business by helping us attract top talent through internal recruitment, while also ensuring our systems and software are running efficiently behind the scenes.

*What you'll be doing:*

🔹 Managing our internal recruitment process – sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews for future CRG team members.
🔹 Supporting the day-to-day management of our CRM and recruitment software.
🔹 Assisting with system administration and ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
🔹 Providing operational support to the wider team.
🔹 Helping improve internal processes as we continue to grow.

*Working Hours*
🕚 Monday – Thursday: *11:00am – 8:00pm*
🕙 Friday: *10:00am – 5:00pm*

*What we're looking for:*

✔️ Organised with excellent attention to detail.
✔️ Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
✔️ Comfortable using technology and learning new software.
✔️ Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
✔️ Previous recruitment, administration or operations experience is beneficial, but not essential.
