Emergency Nurse 

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Nurse to provide advanced-level nursing care within a fast-paced emergency care environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care, supporting operational efficiency, mentoring nursing staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced, evidence-based nursing care to patients presenting with urgent and complex medical conditions in the emergency setting.
• Respond rapidly and effectively to emergency and life-threatening situations using strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and emergency care expertise.
• Support daily unit operations by assisting with workflow coordination, patient flow, and effective resource utilization.
• Mentor, guide, and precept junior nurses, new hires, and trainees to support professional development and clinical competency.
• Perform a wide range of emergency nursing procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical standards.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, quality standards, patient safety initiatives, and accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide compassionate patient and family education while respecting cultural diversity, privacy, dignity, and individual care needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse licensure
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 4 years of nursing experience, including at least 2 years in Emergency Care or a related specialty
• Fluent English language skills; Arabic is an advantage
