Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering – Leicester – £70k + Package

Would you like to take full commercial responsibility for your own projects whilst working for a contractor that genuinely values its people? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established civil engineering specialist delivering a diverse portfolio of highways, infrastructure, bridge and public realm projects across the Midlands.

Due to a growing workload, they are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead a number of live civil engineering schemes. You'll be responsible for everything from subcontract procurement and contract administration through to cost reporting, valuations, change management and final accounts, working closely with experienced operational teams to deliver projects safely and profitably.

This business has built its reputation over more than five decades by focusing on quality, collaboration and long-term relationships. Clients include Local Authority frameworks, retailers, private developers and housebuilders. Schemes include public realm, road widening, junction improvements, earthwork and drainage contracts and S278 works.

Candidates should have previous Quantity Surveying experience within civil engineering and be comfortable managing NEC contracts.
